Error term in fitted model on page 84?

Hi,

I may be missing something, but I don't think the fitted model on page 84 include the error term as shown -- the error is an explicit term in the theoretical model but not the fitted model. Thanks!

The error term is in the fitted model. In the output it is expressed by the inference for sigma, the sd of the error.
