Toggle RTT/LT display?

I'd like to either have RTT be switchable via a keyboard command or via a preference setting so that you can either display RTT in msec or LT in floating point frames. For example, maybe your RTT is 192 msec which translates to an LT of 1.5. I'd prefer to see 1.5 but most normal humans would probably prefer to see the msec value.

I'd like to hear what others think about this idea.
