Add support for dynamic xml wallpaper

Gnome version: 42.4 When I select a xml file in for my dynamic wallpaper, for example: it will give me a GdkPixbuf.PixbufError Could you add support for dynamic xml wallpaper?

there needs to be some way to parse the xml of a wallpaper to determine the image that changes at points of a day, it is definitely possible.

The extension would probably have to scan the XML file for each of the photos present and generate a color scheme based on each photo and switch the color scheme at the time of day specified by the XML file.

I'd have to check the code to know if a change like this can be done but theoretically it should be possible.
