Check for system sassc

I'm the AUR package maintainer for gnome-shell-extension-material-you-theme-git. I just noticed you added support for changing the GNOME Shell theme with sassc. When extensions are installed to the system, they should use system dependencies.

Please add a check for /usr/bin/sassc and hide the option to install sassc in the extension preferences if it's found.
