theme doesn't update till the apps are closed and reopened

i have no idea how this can be fixed on libadwaita apps , but for adw-gtk3 i guess it will work if you change the theme variable than set it back to adw-gtk3 or adw-gtk3-dark depending in the dark mode status , you can do this automatically when the wallpaper changes and when the dark mode gets toggled

Yeah this is annoying. Would be nice if there was a fix!
