Free project from unnecessary dependencies

appmetrics works perfectly without need to depend on ipython, werkzeug and the other libs. Also, since Python 3.3 mock is available in stdlib what makes dependency on external mock package redundant.

Hi @kxepal, thanks for your contribution. I see that you removed "requirements.txt" but it is still referenced on the README, could you please fix it and also add a line in the "Getting started" section about the proper "setup.py" usage? Thank you
