Why this should be merged

We should add this page to the Learn section of the docs. I've implemented a plugin that pulls .md directly from specified locations. This means we can make edits to this repo's ReadMe.md, and those changes will be ported to the docs site.

How this works

• edited README.md
  • removed logo
  • made the problem statement the h1 element
  • added github link (only visible on docs page)
• Docs PR
