Monocle layout

Monocle layout shows a single window from the window stack at a time. The user can swap focus between the windows to bring a different window to the front, while remaining in the monocle layout.

We should map and unmap windows dynamically, unless we run into a sizable problem with this implementation.

By default (at least for this ticket), there should be no gaps and no borders
