Collect all the graphs per host

I don't know If this should be a feature, or it's already there and I don't know about it. but I need to create a profile for every host and set some profiles for graphs under the host profile, So I can have HOSTX page and on this page I've different profiles (profile for disk, profile for ram and load ), I can choose form them.

Where I can press on the needed profile and it will generate the needed graphs.
