For some reason visage seems to be treating load as a percentage? Or at least it's cutting off the graph at y=100

That's a little bit yuck.

Are you able to reproduce on Visage 3.0?

Hmm, perhaps I can try running visage 3 next to visage 2 on our stats infrastructure to see how things compare like this.
