Prepare open dataset for Autoware

Prepare open dataset for Autoware users with the following information:

  • sample dataset that includes lidar, image, and radar data
  • dataset format specification
  • instructions about how to use dataset

Tasks:

  • Collect sample rosbag
  • anonymize dataset
  • create a page in autoware documentation for putting links to dataset

I'm uploading sample dataset collected by TIER IV's vehicle to this folder. I will further update more files to the folder.

The dataset is created according to the TIER IV's dataset format which is based on nuScenes and nuImages format, which is defined on this page.
