Remove the cases of ceph none authorization

Because none authorization is insecure and not recommended(see https://docs.ceph.com/en/latest/rados/configuration/auth-config-ref/#cephx-config-reference https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/red_hat_ceph_storage/1.2.3/html/ceph_configuration_guide/enabling_disabling_cephx ), there is no need to maintain them.
