DonkeyCar Simulator Hanging in MacBook

Hi, I installed the DonkeyCar v22.11.06 simulator in my MacBook, however the simulator is not responsive at all when I launch it. I can't interact with any of its options using Keyboard or Mouse. For example, I can't navigate to any of the available tracks or the option menu to the left. However, I can interact with it via python commands. Like creating an environment and controlling the car. Any idea on how to fix this? MacBook Details:

  • Apple M2
  • macOS Sonoma version 14.3.1
  • Metal 3 support
