Tensorflow Lite on Raspberry Pi

Since we are not training on the Pi, why not have an option to install Tensorflow Lite. The Pi versions of the Lite version are more up to date.

We have discussed this a little. This would be a good thing to do;

• It will simplify the SBC install
• It will bake-in the best practice of running TFLite models on SBC
• It will allow the SBC too use more recent versions of TFLite than we have traditionally use for full TF
• It would make it easier to run on SBCs other than RaspberryPi or Nano because TFLite is more portable.

We would lose training on the SBC. However, training on RaspberryPi is not really practical. It's only slightly better on Jetson Nano.
