Rethink navigation items - sorting, sharing, statistics

  • We should be able to access statistics for any bowler / league / series from their detail screens
  • Sharing bowler cards / league cards / series / games should be easily done from detail screens
  • Where sort order makes sense, it can go in a spill-over navigation menu
    • Adding is a primary action
    • Sharing is secondary
    • Statistics + SortOrder are tertiary
