Updates to GIMP recipe

Couple of minor changes.

GIMP.app is now named Gimp-2.10.app and the CFBundleIdentifier has an illegal character in it (:) as per https://developer.apple.com/library/archive/documentation/CoreFoundation/Conceptual/CFBundles/BundleTypes/BundleTypes.html#//apple_ref/doc/uid/10000123i-CH101-SW1

The bundleid could be hardcoded as an alternative to using an additional processor.

Just wanted to follow up on this PR. There are not any working GIMP recipes available in autopkg repos at this time.

#203 is a newer PR to address issues with GIMP. I'd assume this PR can be closed and not merged.
