TeamViewer.pkg contains Munki-specific processors, so fails if Munki is not installed

TeamViewer.pkg contains MunkiInstallsItemsCreator and MunkiPkginfoMerger processes. These fail if makepkginfo is not installed on the computer running the recipe.

In my opinion, a .pkg recipe should not contain munki-specific processes, at least not one that require Munki to be installed on the machine.
