When grabbing release notes, a 404 will cause the recipe to fail

I have most recipes requesting release notes and the recipe will fail when they're not available. Since it's just release notes, it should probably fail gracefully.

Also, Bridge and InCopy are the only ones I noticed this with.

I get this with Acrobat DC Pro as well.
