[Firefox] Request - Add an option to force external links to open to the right of the current tab

"External Links" - Links from outside of Firefox. Is it possible ? Thanks in advance !

It just listens for tabs.onCreated events - which covers this case.

It works fine for me in Firefox, and always has. Latest stable and nightly of Firefox both still open links from external apps immediately to the right of the active tab.

Can you see if you have some other extension or preference set which may be interfering? Testing in a new empty profile is the easiest way to confirm this.
