confusion regarding num_burn_in_steps and num_steps hyperparameters for lcnet

unfortunately it is not clear as to what exactly the hyperparameters num_burn_in_steps and num_steps do from the paper itself. How should they be set for LCNet? in the test example, with 10 data points, num_burn_in_steps =40 and num_steps=500, how should they be changed for dataset of size N
