Reproducing NAS-Bench-101 benchmarks

Hi there, thanks for both releasing NAS-Bench-101 and the code you used to benchmark on it, I believe it's a really good step towards fairer comparison of NAS methods.

It would be really useful if you also released the scripts (including the hyper-parameters) used to generate the main plot (for example Fig.7).

Would that be possible? Thanks
