Development: Auto-Doc Push

I've added the auto doc-push scripts. Unfortunately, some tests fail. Therefore, I've moved the test command in the travis file to the "after deploy" section. When they are fixed, we can move this back. So that the documentation only will be pushed if all tests pass. I've named the travis token HPOLIB2_TOKEN. This own should be created in Travis!
