Dependencies: Check and update

Not all dependencies are up to date. This needs to be checked and updated.

The problem with updating the dependencies is that we then need to upgrade a whole lot of stuff at once, including a major upgrade to dash. This, mainly due to the fact that the new dash version doesn't work nicely when the same output is targeted by different callbacks, leads to the GUI then failing to render. So this most likely will be a bit tricky to fix.

This also relates to the security issues found by dependabot (should probably not be critical in and of itself since the deepcave server always only runs locally), which cannot be addressed without also increasing e.g. dash version.
