Move Configuration Cube and Parallel Coordinates to Hyperparameter Analysis

This decision was made as both consider the connection between objectives and hyperparameters (similar to e.g. PDPs), rather than just the objectives themselves. Thus, we need to move the two plugins as well as their documentation.
