Logarithmic scales for parallel coordinates

... and while we're at it there is no reason not to switch to bokeh with this one as well, to have a somewhat uniform design.

With 1.3.2 parallel coordinates are interactive! Log-axes are a matter of remapping tick-labels in the bokeh-plot in cave/plot/parallel_plot/parallel_plot.py.
