add compiled versions of mdb-tools to github downloads

hi matthew, I would like to become an (active?) user of this project, but for me is difficult to compile the mdb-tools from source, I ask you if you can provide them as downloads here on GH…

I know it should be done by mdb-tools, but it would be nice to have them available and I could help releasing gems with them bundled too. Also I'm interested in helping developing an FFI version…

HI,

there is a Homebrew version of mdbtools available. If you have installed Homebrew, it is just a 'brew install mdbtools'
