[Feature Request] log failed submission attempts

Autolab doesn't allow submissions over the maximal file size, but students don't always notice the error message that results when they try to submit oversized files, and they sometimes email us a week later claiming that they submitted on time. Right now the system doesn't log these failed submission attempts (at least to autolab.log for the course); can you add that in? It would help us verify student claims.
