Tweaks cannot be viewed in gradebook and cannot be exported

Tweaks can be viewed in the gradesheet.

However, when you click "Bulk export", tweaks are not exported as an explicit column.

It also can't be viewed in the gradebook final grade.

Ideally, we want to have tweaks be able to be exported as a seperate column when we click "bulk export". The gradebook should also factor in tweaks and it should ideally be an explicit column which can be exported.
