Confirm use of late days

This is an issue raised by the 122 instructors, where students accidentally submit to previous assignments, leading them to not use late days when they don't need to, or submitting to assignments they can't use late days on. As a solution, we can add some sort of confirmation prompt when students are about to use late days.
