Tests for jump to course if only enrolled in one behavior

There should be a test added to check jump to course behavior.

When a user is only enrolled in one course (currently), they should automatically be redirected to that course. Otherwise, their home page should be the page of all courses.

This functionality is implemented pull request #1812
