Submitting a tar file containing .deriv results in an error

Steps To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Submit a tar file contain files with .deriv extensions
2. Open the submission in manage submissions (go to the speedgrader view)

Current behavior

Expected behavior Should be able to load properly
