EvolutionUI: display timestamp for save states

Having 4 save states it's often hard to understand which one is the latest. Displaying the timestamps will help user.

Psc does not have real time clock or Access to internet to get current time

I see. In this case relative timestamp can be displayed I guess (like "2 hrs ago").

Or maybe it makes sense to add UI for PSC clock manual setup?
