Migrate repo to auto-pi-lot organization

The time has come to migrate this into its own organization: https://github.com/auto-pi-lot

would be nice to have in the same place as plugins and hardware designs and everything. The only barrier at this point really is that i just asked the kind folks at Travis to give us a bunch of OSS credits (which they gave us! they are great!) and those are tied to this organization i believe, so they need to be transferred. I've asked in the existing support ticket, and if they dont' get back to me i'll oepn another.

• [ ] move autopilot site and confirm correct builds
• [ ] change all internal links
• [ ] update inbound links (does github leave a redirect behind?)
