Mouse Up on main tabs (i.e. SCHEMA, TEST RELATIONSHIPS, ASSERTIONS) brings tab to focus

If you mouse-up (i.e. release mouse click) when your pointer is over the main tabs it automatically focuses that tab. This is quite distracting / disorienting when using the Playground.

e.g. when using the TEST RELATIONSHIPS tab, in text mode (i.e. not the grid/table mode), if you try to click and highlight the contents of the tab with your mouse it invariably switches the focus to the SCHEMA tab.

Appears to be an issue only in Firefox

I'd also be willing to bet that it's a quirk of MUI somehow. I wouldn't mind migrating off of it towards shadcdn (which we're using in rakis), but that would be a bigger project.

That said, I can still have a look at this and see if there's a more proximate fix.
