User Dashboard doesn't update

Describe the bug

When you delete a user, the deleted user is not automatically removed from the Dashboard.

Steps To Reproduce

Delete a user

Expected behavior

Remove the user from the list

I also tried reproducing this, but was not able to reproduce it
