Notification/Reminder when new version of Authorizer is available
Feature Description
There should be a way to remind/notify about an update of Authorizer
Describe the solution you'd like
Something, that we see in OSes or on Google Chrome, comes to my mind. Something polite but enough to attract the attention. It should definitely not be annoying or come in the way. Bonus, if there is good explanation and incentive laid out to update.
May be a way to turn on the auto update, when it is possible.
I also see the notification could be in the admin panel. However, it can be elsewhere where the admin user if frequenting. E.g. in CLI.

Additional context
It is possible that some user might install Authorizer and will never bother to update it. There can also be user who will just not know if that is a task to be done (happily ignorant). Considering that update in such a sensitive piece of application infrastructure is important, we should keep admin users reminded about it.
The notification might be better done with some sort of email mailing list. I won't be looking at the Authorizer UI often once it's setup, so I wouldn't see any notifications.
@chrisneal that's a good idea, but since many have flooded inbox, shouldn't we show it on UI, as well? As long as it is not intrusive and not annoying, we should be fine?
@samyakbhuta Both could definitely work.
