MMDS: Support for Bootleg/Unofficial Games

Creating this issue to document bootleg/unofficial games I have found information about and provide a roadmap to completion for the task. No guarantee that most/any of these will happen, but worth checking out. Bootleg games tend to have a ton of variants, so finding a decent sampling for the hash database is probably the biggest chore.
