[Settings, Passkey] Passkey identifier is shown twice for the same item

Background

Build: Staging Device: Chrome, Firefox on win 11, S21 FE (Android 12), iPhone 12 mini (iOS 16), Samsung note 9 (Android 12)

Steps

1. Log in to the application with an account that has existing passkeys
2. Go to the account settings page > Passkeys settings
3. See the passkey identifier is shown twice for each item (email or username is shown twice)

Expected behavior

Should only show the identifier once as that is the behavior in the admin portal
