Have you added your client id, client secret and domain? these settings have to be added before enabling the rest of the plugin
Have you added your client id, client secret and domain? these settings have to be added before enabling the rest of the plugin
@jmossuow
I had saved it but could not edit it.
I installed the plugin again using composer and the directory was set up in “plugins/vender/auth0/wordpress”.
I cannot activate the plugin in this state. To activate it, should I move the vender/auth0/wordpress directory, etc. to the plugins directory...?
It may be possible that the error occurred because I failed to change this directory, etc. last time.
@Koki-1205-git
if you were able to get into the plugin settings last time as your screenshot shows then you should have been fine as those settings would have not shown up unless the plugin was enabled. The fact that everything is greyed out tells me that the client id, client secret and domain were either not added or you had forgot to switch the plugin to enabled on the first page at the top of options in the plugin settings.
@jmossuow I definitely remember editing where I could operate.
I would like to recreate the past situation, but I am unable to activate the plugin.
This is because using composer creates a vender directory and wordpress does not recognize it as a plugin.
Could you please tell me how to solve this problem...?
@Koki-1205-git Please keep the plugin files in wp-content/plugins folder it will start showing up in the GUI.
@kishore7snehil @jmossuow
I was able to activate the plugin by following the steps below.
- upload the zip from the wordpress admin panel Upload the zip file from the wordpress admin page
- run “composer require symfony/http-client nyholm/psr7 auth0/wordpress:^5.0” in the plugins directory Move the created “plugins/vender” folder directly under the plugin folder
The image shows the configuration screen of the activated plugin. As shown in the image, the domain and client ID are saved, but other items cannot be edited.
@Koki-1205-git Was this issue resolved as I am still not able to replicate this?
