Auth0 does not parse/recognize email addresses with periods ([email protected])

Description

Dont know where to post this issue. Auth0 dashboard and login does not send emails to email address with a "." E.g [email protected]

Auth0 should parse emails addresses the same way email clients do.

Reproduction

I add one user from the dashboard with an emaiil like this [email protected] and nothing was sent to his inbox.

The user wen to the application, clicked "Forgot password" and no emails were sent to his inbox. We checked all folders and not emails from auth0
