I believe there is a need to add the getAccessTokenSilently to the deps of useEffect in the example https://auth0.com/docs/quickstart/spa/react/02-calling-an-api The issue is fully outlined in https://community.auth0.com/t/quickstarts-react-auth0-api-issue-user-is-udefined/53632/2
