Improve error indications for radio and checkboxes

Text Input, text areas, and selects have a red border to show an error estate while radios and checkboxes don't.

To keep consistency across our form controls it'd be good to add these visual indications.

This can be done together with the forms improvements I'll be working on during next sprint. #1296
