id_token is used when invoking API, README says access_token is

The RegEx in getTenantFromDomain() and suggested changes to the hosts file refers to *-yourcompany.com domains but the README refers to a slightly different one in the example tenant mapping.

Oops, I pushed changes to demonstrate a possible resolution to issue #6 and forgot I had a PR open already. I've renamed the PR to match that issue. If it's not a suitable resolution it can be rejected and I'll resubmit one for the typo :)
