Describe the problem you'd like to have solved

Currently, the forms (early access) feature is not supported by the CLI. There is no way to interact with them in any meaningful way outside of actions.

Describe the ideal solution

There should be a way to add new forms using the JSON export, as well as being able to download JSON for these forms. You should also be able to upload form actions as well.

Alternatives and current workarounds

I currently have no solution for this problem, aside from manually making curl requests to the auth0 api
