Group level metadata for multi tenant application

Hi, We are working on implementing a multi tenant login solution based on the extension and would like to able to define tenant metadata which will be included in the profile of each user that belongs to that tenant. So far we haven't found a way to achieve this. Any suggestions on how it can be done? Thanks
