Add code formatting into the migration guide to improve its readability.

Sorry about this, this PR is pretty old but still useful to merge, however we are unable to unless the commits are signed. Any chance you can sign your commits?

As this is an old PR, I happy to close this PR and open a PR myself to address this, if you rather not solve this almost a year later, which is understanable.

Thank you @AlexElin for this contribution! Since this PR has been open for a while and requires signed commits, I'm going to close this and incorporate the changes directly. We appreciate your effort to improve the documentation.
