ydkjs-exercises Consider adding an About page

This would be a page where we could talk a little bit more about the web app, the purpose, maybe a link to our Discord server.

My main questions are:

Is this necessary?
Where would we put the link to this page?

Hmmm typically it would go in some kind of navbar, but we don't really have one. Perhaps the footer would be the best location for it.

I think a tagline just under the headline could go a long way.

I do really like the first paragraph in this repo though on "Learning how to learn" and how to reinforce learning.

Any thoughts on what the tagline would say?

The downside about putting it below the header is that there isn't a whole lot of space for it. We already have a header for the title, book title, and chapter title.
