[Feature] By year/by genre albums filter

Just FYI I think the Subsonic API doesn't support genres properly. It can only display all music in the genre, not albums or artists in the genre - making the genre functionality limited.

Genre functionality can be used as a 'radio', to listen to anything in that genre. But not find artists or albums in a genre.
