Allow the disabling of categories from the main page. This is only done if the "category_list" variable is declared and set to false in order not to break existing users.
Added some more options for comments, being Isso and utterances in addition to disqus. Broke comments into own partial and added some documentation to the README for adding comments.
Google has been pushing a replacement for third-party cookies that is even more harmful to user privacy. There's a way for not participating in this program. See [Opting your Website...

w3 favicon compliance is documented [here](https://www.w3.org/2005/10/howto-favicon) this isn't super necessary but it removes the need to make a partial layout for the html tag i think
This fix the problem "Duplicate without user-selected canonical" on the Google Search Console.
I used `npm install @fortawesome/fontawesome-free@latest` to generate this PR, which updates font-awesome from 5.4 to 6.6.0
