The main changes made are

• Updated modules, removed old module (name changed)
• Added BounceCastle version 2.4.0
• Removed Portable.BouncyCastle 1.8.10
• Updated MailKit to 4.7.1.1
• Updated MimeKit to 4.7.1
• Updated PowerShellStandard.Library to 5.1.1
• Added output of send mail command to be returned to script (for checking if mail was sent)
• VS Community added System.XML.Linq as a requirement
